Is it just me or do these trends feel a bit too idealistic? I mean, real life is messy and not always about adventure and sustainability.

I’m more interested in how Kelenic’s return will impact the team. He’s a solid player and they could really use some momentum right now.

Could someone explain how attrition works in this context? I mean, why are so many pilots leaving the industry?
